Sure. I am very familiar with Steve Mann's work. He is a seminal figure in the field of wearable computing. His work is very widely well known.

I agree that Steve Mann's work has continued relevance. In fact many contemporary wearable projects continue to explore many of the issues he touched upon in his work.

A couple of years ago I saw a David Suzuki documentary about Mann and his
wearable cameras that was very interesting. It was also quite funny in places -
in one scene he had on his wearable camera and was walking around Walmart. The
security staff kept asking him to to take off his camera as he was not
permitted to take photographs inside the store, according to store policy. Mann
retaliated by stating that they should turn of the in house security cameras as
he did not give his permission to be photographed.

When I think about it - there is still a lot of currency in the issues
