[-empyre-] clarifications regarding programming in 2007
Hello everybody, just a brief detour here, then we can get back to
A snippet misquoting a recent post wherein I announced a May break
for -empyre-, apparently spawned massive confusion. The snippet
makes it sound like -empyre- could be somehow nonfunctional until
the mythical "Fall/Spring 2008."
My email apologizing to blackbyrd in May for the use of the term
"fall' is here: https://mail.cofa.unsw.edu.au/pipermail/empyre/2007-
Apologies to blackbryd, as a Californian I am turned around about
seasons. Hey it's surfin' USA right.
Do we even have seasons?
Sorry I should have said "next spring" when I meant September 2007.
At the time I wrote the note, I was not sure of our guests' time
-empyre- took May off. It is not off in June through December 2007.
It is a featured magazine at Documenta 12, opening June 16.
Thanks to our amazing list membership who don't let us quit, we plan/
hope to be active in 2008 as always!.
