<div dir="ltr"><div>I don't want to miss the opportunity to introduce myself to this amazing list.<br><br></div><b>Bio<br></b><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US">Cinzia Cremona is an artist and researcher. She
completed the practice-based PhD <i>Intimations: Videoperformance and
Relationality</i></span><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US"> at the
University of Westminster in 2014 and graduated at Central Saint Martins
(University of the Arts London, UAL) in 2003. She is Critical Practice lecturer
at Wimbledon College of Art (ULA) and course leader at the Colchester School of
Art (Colchester Institute, University of Essex). </span>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US">Her </span><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US">body of work encompasses live performance, digital photography,</span><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US"> videoperformances and networked
practice. She examines interpersonal </span><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US"><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US"> relationships and
intimate interactions</span>, issues of subjectivity and relationality in a post internet context. Her work has been exhibited in Europe, the
USA, Russia and Japan.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US">Since 2013 she
has been a research fellow at Duncan of Jordanston College of Art and Design
(University of Dundee). The book <i>Rewind Italia: Early Italian Video Art</i></span><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US">, published by John Libbey Publishing in
2015, includes her chapter <span style="color:rgb(41,37,38)"><i>Authorship,
collaborations and international contaminations:</i></span></span><span style="color:rgb(41,37,38);font-weight:normal" lang="EN-US"><i> Videoperformance in
Italy in the ‘70s</i></span><span style="color:rgb(41,37,38);font-weight:normal" lang="EN-US">.</span>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US">She co-curates
with Tessa Garland the moving image and performance exhibition <b>Visions
in the Nunnery</b></span><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US"> at the
Nunnery Gallery in London, as well as organizing related
events, discussions and symposia, and publishing reviews and essays. In 2009,
she curated the performance and moving image event <i>With Love? From Me To You</i></span><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US"> at James Taylor Gallery in London
including work by Deej Fabyc, Mark MacGowan, Terry Smith and Marty St James. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US">As an active member of the research cluster <b>Critical
Practice</b></span><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="EN-US"> based at Chelsea
College of Art and Design (UAL), Cinzia Cremona has been involved in developing
practice-based research strategies focused on shared knowledge production,
expanded performative events, participatory art practices, and alternative
collaborative methodologies.</span></p>

Fairbairn Foundation. In 2016, she will be in residence with the Roma
