<font size="2"><span style="font-family:Arial"><span style="font-family:Arial">As a participant in this month&#39;s conversation around the lives of Carolee Schneemann, Barbara Hammer, Agnès Varda and Grace Quintanilla , I wanted to share a film I completed last year.  </span>From 2015 to 2017, I visited with Carolee, Barbara and filmmaker Gunvor Nelson, three dear friends who
have embraced the moving image throughout their lives. From Carolee’s 18th
Century house in the woods of Upstate New York to Barbara’s West Village studio
to Gunvor’s childhood village in Sweden, I shot film with each woman in
