My university UCSD (University of California, San Diego) has been developing over the last few years "Visual Cortex on Silcon" project funded by the Mind’s Eye DARPA project. Tagging that captures the movements of the targets. The scenario promoted and played
out by Voxtel Corporation, a firm in Beaverton, Oregon, that has won a US Air Force contract as well is to develop a drone-based tagging system. Voxtel makes tagging materials—taggants—that can be used to discreetly label vehicles carrying smuggled goods,
or people who are involved in civil disobedience or attempting to cross international borders illegally.</div>
