out of curiosity do you see/would you see this as related to de certeau's stuff on strategy versus tactic? and his stuff on the city and our tactical use of the space of the city versus 'plannings' strategic intentions? i don't mean literally but that what de certeau described is what you're describing in terms of the flows we create electronically and empirically? (if that's the right word?)

i guess if you do see a connection i'm wondering where this comes from or is going since the digital would not be a 'break' but a continuation of something.
