Patrick,
Could you explain a little more about what you mean here? It always seemed
to me that Ben's point was bigger than the reproducibility thing... More
that tech. alters the meaning of objects (or perhaps the meaning of the
rituals that surround the objects). This seems to be very applicable where
new media is concerned--I mean, the hyperlink has really fundamentally
altered the ritual of reading, right? Or am I reading too much into Benj.?
