Data is neither good nor bad, tis thinking that makes it so... although finding someone entirely neutral to interpret or process this information is another matter entirely.

Data is the primal unit of perception, so is it possible to free it from the coloured filters of our psycho-physiology?

Data is based upon a frame of reference, a planar intersection of "reality" which provides a perspective of the whole, it is these frames of reference which cannot be entirely neutral. 

I'm unsure whether my computer prefers 1's or 0's...
