I wasn't suggesting that your approach was inappropriate - just updating
people on an initiative elsewhere (which, whilst I support it, I am not
directly involved in). In this instance I would support the principle of
castle to castle. We are looking at a potentially significant penalty. I
would never go to court without a lawyer.

My instincts are with you, but realistically my judgement is elsewhere...
