[-empyre-] Jorge Luiz Antonio -> Regina Célia Pinto
Many thanks to you, Jorge, for your participation the last 9 days on digital
poetry in Brazil. Your concern with the "pluridimensions" of language both
through types of writing and the media in which language operates is much
appreciated. And, as well, the way you track the urls and print works of
Brazilian poetry provides people with the opportunity to get to know this
work themselves, also.
Now we turn to the work of Regina Célia Pinto until the 27th of the month.
Regina has recently finished a new piece of net.art, so we will have the
opportunity to check that out as well as other of her online works that
explore the notion of the game and a synthesis of the visual and literary,
among other things. As she has pointed out this month, she is also engaged
in the creation of artists' books. And recently some of her work was shown
in a gallery in Rio, so I am interested to hear about that experience, also.
Regina has written an introduction, which she will post to start our
exploration of her work and concerns.
