It is a portion of my dissertation of thesis  "Four views ...", I was not
speaking about language, I was speaking about  Ideology and following
Roberto Cardoso de Oliveira:

paradoxically gave  origin and sustains). It is a portion of the analysis I
have done of one of the works of Lygia Pape: "Eat me, Gluttony or Lust."

In fact I think that to Art and Artists 2+2 almost never is four...It is a
metaphor of Freedom.

Who says that 2+2=4? Ourselves...  (It is what is written below and that I
copy and paste from my dissertation.)

Roland Barthes used to say that all the languages are authoritarian. Maybe
it is not true to the whole range of worlds's idioms. But certainly the
Western syntax is constructed over an authoritarian conception, based on
the relation Subject - object - complements (in this order and nothing
other). This idea was fully developed by Décio Pignatari in Brazil but also
aroused through other rehearsers in the field of Semiotics.
On the other hand, there is a pop song in Brasil (sung by Roberto Carlos)
that says: everything is allright/ like 2+2=5
