as a fourth (or first) point I would add a lot of forms of ars combinatoria
and algoritmic writing like, e.g., proteus, permutation, baroque text
machines, dada-text-collage, oulipo-contraintes, numerical poems ... have a
look at florian's book, which I mentioned and which is working on this in
every detail.
