Hi Tracey and everyone,

Thanks for your observations on the Global Anxiety Monitor...I really  
appreciate your perspective on the project.

We also have quite a few debates about the use of frames.  Like you,  
our personal web-police are also grappling with the issue ;-)

But in this case, we felt we were literally framing information on  
the web to tell another story. It's a kind of collage strategy.  And  
of course, activists use this kind of multiple loads to tax servers  
with traffic....that's another strategic use of frames.  I remember  
not that long ago, French students using multiple frame loads against  
Dominique de Villepin page on the French Governments website.  I cant  
find the url anymore... maybe someone else out there has it?
