A month-long curated event to usher in the New
Year will feature digital resolutions from a wide
range of international artists, writers,
curators, and programmers.
We welcome -empyre- subscribers to join our
invited guests in this collaborative presentation
of ideas, ideals, suggestions, or decrees for the
possibilities of digital culture and new media
art into the future. In the spirit of the

range of political, cultural, artistic, economic,
ethnic, regional, ecological, and electronic
