Hello,

Some more questions about http://www.conditionaldesign.org/manifesto/

"Our work focuses on processes rather than products: things that adapt
to their environment, emphasize change and show difference."

I understand, when you use the expression "rather than" that you make a
strong difference, a frontier 'a priori' between a process and a
product. What is the the nature of this frontier? And in your approach,
how do you see for example a "service": as a process or as a product?

If by "product", you mean an object, a kind of static thing in a
structure, then, from a systems thinking approach, saying that "The
process is the product." ... is just a confusion between what is static
and what is dynamic in your systems.
