My apologies, somehow I switched words in a key sentence of my last post!

This is what I posted:

"I'd be the first to say that I hope, on balance, that the use of Internet as a
mechanism for encouraging political change does more harm than good."

This is what I meant to post:

"I'd be the first to say that I hope, on balance, that the use of Internet as a
mechanism for encouraging political change does more good than harm."

Sorry for the confusion!
