Hmmm....
Metaphysics translated into everyday language:
Why blame the negative surveillance aspects of the netopticon to the
same subject matter it is spying on? ie the common, everymen who is
watched, spyed upon and in the end made speechless and eyeless,
because of the simple fact that they do not have the apparatus - both
fysical as well as metaphorically speaking - to counteract it.
When politics, academia and even the arts are reluctant in active
opposing and expressing their dissent, they are an easy prey are not
they?
Am I missing an active and militant tone in this discussion and am I
left with the numble sounds of words incapable of expressing content?
