Sorry to have been so quiet this week. I've been on the road with limited
internet access and busy putting up a show so just haven't had the
connectivity, time or mental space to contribute. I would have loved to join
into the discussion as it has been so dynamic and wide ranging. Everyone,
invited discussants and list members, have been making fascinating and
thoughtful contributions, from diverse perspectives.

Today I'm going to review the week's discussion and later on post a wrap and
introduction for next week's guests. I've got to fit my son's violin concert
in there too...
