I neglected to post this with my last submission. This is a very interesting article from the New Yorker magazine questioning the consideration of the effacy of online activism. Thought this would be an interesting addition to the evolving discussion of this issue:

I certainly don't agree with everything in this article, considering my interest in attempting to utilize the internet for political and creative activism. I would suggest that in regard to so many of the issues we have touched upon over the past few weeks, including political activism using the Internet, it is important to keep in mind that we may be truly at the very earliest stages of learning to adapt to and define just what is our context and how to effectively (and sensibly) utilize the Internet for any number of purposes.
