thanks. simon.

for introducing Hargreaves' report. Not quite in a similar manner, it echoes
Hadopi law (2009) for which the French attempted
to catch up with means of controll
by introducing 3 strikes.

The IP battles have moved on as IP commodity market is called for.
We have come a long way from Kingdom of Piracy [http://kop.kein.org]
project (2002 & ongoing, co-curated by Shu Lea
Cheang, Armin Medosch & Yukiko Shikata).
We can no longer take a kingdom drifting in the pirate sea.
We acknowledge the legitimacy of the République Pirate.

Take over. The golden pirates endowsed by the newly improved law and order
go official for digital trade. If there should
be the pirate ethos that we lose sleep on,
it will be that of the government web dream of
data trash.

yeah, there must be gold.

I want to start this empyre exchange with Paolo
on his newly released P2P Gift Credit Card
[http://www.p2pgiftcredit.com/]. Hopefully this
week, with Paolo, we can strike out some
cultural productions with one eye pirates.....

How does it work? paolo, art & revolution... & ATM.
