Hello all,

In addition to inviting us to action, Ricardo’s message incites us to imagine other kinds of international contemporary art exhibitions. Has any of the curators on the list experimented with other models?  If exhibitions were to be conducted in specific geographic locales, how might they be organized? Would the model of media art festivals, which have no national representations and are selected by an international committee be appropriate? And how might one prevent the capture of such exhibitions by transnational commercial entities?
