hello all
thanks for this link, Geert,
on another note (not to distract from the evolving discussion), my landlord, to whom i am indebted and who is a physicist, has recently quarreled with and written insistently to MPs in the government trying to suggest logical solutions to fiscal crises matter only be treated with contempt and he is angry now [indignado !] , saying that for over a year now he has been trying to understand the causes of the financial crisis and develop approaches to a solution, concluding that the current monetary system is not fit for purpose, incessantly causes boom and recession and moves wealth from poor to rich, a process inevitably going to cause extreme social unrest
he alerted me to an action group in Uk who carry the name 'Positive Money' [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JBZWw1DG8zU&feature=player_embedded]
and i was wondering whether any of you had heard this term, positive money?

best wishes
Johannes Birringer
