Dear Jo,
I am intrigued by your work and the theoretical and cultural richness that
supports it. I have had a bit of experience with conductive thread but
find so many artists use it in very traditional ways for constructing and
adorning garments. Your theoretical and creative use of the thread is a
nurturing crutch that mends and holds pathways, connections,
communications. Wounds and scars are such a part of our cultural
histories but also our bodily, psychically, and environmentally charged
worlds. Thank you for sharing. Are you having an exhibition of this work
soon? Can you share more? Other related projects past and future?
Love it and thanks. Renate
