oh, just to throw something in (listening to all of your very provocative replies),
how is this week's focus on spatiality
>>
.... to commit/invest in the materiality of blackness while we are attending to its complex spatiality in the way you have indicated. Liquidity is a state of matter, which describes also specific ways of occupying and reconfiguring space and refuses complete abstraction (just as it describes processes of extraction, as already discussed). Thus I am trying to think about where it is located in relation to the weightedness and lightness (the “black ether”) you described.
I don’t necessarily expect an answer—and it could be that liquidity is located “to the side,” so to speak -- but I thought I should share my question anyway [Alessandra]

related and obliged to the Law, to justice? (to current discussions in legal studies affected by what they, I guess, call the 'spatial turn')?
What, if there was no outside? or to the side?*
Would that also make the promise of your or my liquidity questionable?

Johannes
* that's an echo question from a book of a friend, Andreas Philippopoulos-Mihalopoulos' SPATIAL JUSTICE: Body Lawscape Atmosphere (Routledge, 2014).
