Hola tod at xs
So many microgestures that have sutured us apart with such tempos and cones of concern in
dire days.
I have really appreciated them all.
While viral fascism(s) attach themselves to micro-fascist MAGA colors.
So many counter-affections, social force-fields, have manifested voyages of imagined immunities in our protecting of others and ourselves in isolation as connection.
While drifting around my screen this morning I found this lovely micro-gesture on the fantasies to found in microsphere. The microsphere of one's own:
"In 1790, while under arrest in Turin for a duel, Xavier de Maistre took a journey around the room in which he was incarcerated. The result of this 42-day detention was a fantasy novel, Voyage autour de ma Chambre (‘A Voyage Around My Room’, published in 1794), which marked the birth of a new genre. De Maistre’s account compares to those we find in the modern vogue for psychogeography, which maps the spaces our soul traverses and our minds produce – especially whilst physically moving within urban contexts. Between moving from furniture to furniture, reflecting on the quality and content of paintings hanging on the walls, and invoking episodes from his life and people with whom he experienced significant and mundane events, de Maistre’s – satirical of the travel genre – ‘journey’ brought to life the myriad microspheres humans generate to organize their experiences."

P.S. While looking into developing a nanocopper weaves with my artificial viroid class I clicked into this site in Chile: https://copper3d.com/ (ANTIMICROBIAL 3D PRINTING AND ACTIVE MATERIALS!).
We are all excited to start printing with these copper based composites for fashion wear to protective masks and beyond.
Abrazos,
Ricardo
