In the MMOG _World of Warcraft_ [which may b thought of as a
colour-by-numbers hi_end _Everquest_] you can choose cooking as a
profession. With cooking you combine bits o' animals + various other
[re]agents 2 create bonus food items that act 2 enhance certain game
elements. Is that what u ment by "life as a foodie"?;)

Game Lore is interesting, indeedily. I remember playing hard_core
_NeverWinter Nights_ with 6 other gamers in Silicon Valley in 2002; we
had a great time [after a drunken evening full of other american
gamers cracking up at our oz accents] collaboratively retelling an
imaginary [and sometimes lewd] version of NWN's history;)
