Melinda, you've been wonderful.   Thanks so, so much for having the  
vision to start -empyre-, for making this list amazing, for taking  
care of it for these six intense years as our field of media arts  has  
flourished at a revolutionary speed.  I too am leaving the list, for  
much the same reasons.
