Christiane, thanks, and I wouldn't disagree with any of that.

BTW, I'm editing a con law text at work, and my poor authors, entering 
their last draft, suddenly had more work to do!  My own theory is that 
if corporations are ordinary people, and all people must be treated 
equally, then lower corporate tax rates suddenly become unconstitutional.
