*- “I’m going to die!!” : Like a bizarre dream about a plane hijack – sexy
woman, curious child, wonky shots of half-consumed refreshments- The hand
caressing that toe made me think of Bataille’s Big Toe – “The most human
part of the human body…”- Bodies of data/information, human bodies, snail
bodies- Cave exploration: seeking the primeval, the sublime- Smashing
disjuncture/tension/incongruity between sound and image...I’m especially
keen on that dog toy-ish squeak that accompanies the chap whacking the rock
with his geological hammer.*
